Elite Competitive Training founding partner, Maurice (or Coach as he is lovingly referred to) brings his love of athletics, coaching, and personal improvement to Elite Competitive Training . Coach has competed on professional sporting levels, leads the team’s research endeavors, and maintains a large client base. He is an American Sports & Fitness Association Certified Personal Trainer and loves helping the talented strive for excellence on all arenas of life

THE GYM
Elite Competitive Training is a provider of high-level sport specific fitness training. Our philosophy is to teach people to move better through practice; to use novelty and intensity to create a fun environment of constant progress; to maintain education as our primary goal for both coaches and clients. We work off the model G.F.S.S (God, Family, School and Sports). God is the forefront of everything we teach, with a Family like environment as a close second. With blood family and the family created with our members as an integral part of each member’s success. With young athletes, we emphasize the importance of education through their schooling. All of these factors create a love and strong foundation for the athlete’s sport of choice. Our approach is different, and so are our results. Combining calisthenics and cardiovascular workout which include multi-joint weightlifting, interval training, and aerobic training, it approaches fitness as a contest against oneself. Workouts are measured by objective criteria like wattage, time, weight lifted, repetitions, or force, instead of repetitive "body part splits." Elite Competitive Training focuses on perfection of form, a high frequency of variance in movement, a high intensity level over a short time period, and fun.
